WHAT IS THE WELL TRAINED WAY
A Multi-System Approach to Wellness
While training usually takes place in a gym, The WELL TRAINED Way is designed for living well beyond the gym. The body functions best when all of its systems work collectively. Primarily focusing on physical exercising will yield some change, but not nearly as much as addressing other components of human anatomy; including but not limited to cardiovascular, endocrine, digestive, lymphatic, muscular, nervous, respiratory, and skeletal systems. Our six pillars of wellness aim to improve and optimize the above.

I. Breath: Efficient consumption of air to fuel all bodily systems.

II. Mobility & Stability: Development of joint integrity for fluid and intentional movement.

III. Functional Strength: Movement to complete a desired action/task.

IV. Restoration: Rest, recovery, and recharging of the mind, body, and spirit.

V. Nourishment: What and how nutrients are consumed to fuel the body.

VI. Environment: Elemental structure of the space(s) one spends their time in.
